贾倞，曾用名贾亮,
男，69年生于贵州省赤水市，91年北京清华大学毕业。同年8月起在贵州省对外经济技术开发公司从事外贸业务，96年起从事律师业务,
现任全国百佳律师事务所之一的北斗星律师事务所的副主任和合伙人。 |

2、主要案例
迄今为止，共办理各类案件400余件。相当的案件均取得了良好的社会效果,
并得到了当事人的好评. 其中比较典型的事务有：
1). 2007年10月，受世界500强之一法资下属奥地利太巴客公司外方委托，处理其合资纠纷，该纠纷为外方在中国400亿美元投资中的第一起诉讼，结果将影响公司在华所有投资的争端解决方式，目前二审判决结果已经出来，我们取得了彻底的胜利。随后，我们协助外方进行了股权变更；
2).2007年1月,
通过与北京数家律师事务所的激烈竞争，受铁道部中国南车集团聘请，为其下属南方汇通世华微硬盘与美国合资方及高管之间因违反忠实义务，涉外知识产权虚假出资和专利转让等争议提供专项法律服务，据中级法院承办法官称：该案为我省第一起对美国公司诉讼案；
3).2006年11月，受贵州省一外贸企业委托，其国际货物买卖争议向日本买方提起国际仲裁，于开庭当日达成和解，并随后收到了货款。据省商务部门负责同志称：该案为我省第一起主动对日本公司的国际仲裁案；
4).2007年11月，受香港立环国际和香港中贵集团的委托，为其收购本省安架金矿和邀营金矿以及后续手续的办理提供法律服务；
5).2005年11月起，受美国九星国际的委托，为其在本省投资修建三叠纪展示中心和恐龙化石博物馆提供法律服务；
6).
接受上海、湖南、吉林等地客户的委托,为其减少国际贸易中存在的法律风险及进行国际仲裁提供法律咨询意见;
7).
绥阳县个体户李某被判诈骗后向各级机关申诉17年之久无果，经本律师法律援助后被判无罪；
8).
从二OO二年起至今担任贵阳市母亲河——南明河治污工程的全程法律顾问，为治污工程的顺利进行提供全方位的法律服务,得到了社会各界的好评;
9). 2006年12月,
任香港新世界地产公司贵阳投资的法律顾问,
为其包括投资公司设立，资产重组，房地产配套设施安排等房地产法律事务提供服务;
10).
某省级银行诉本人顾问单位承担5000万抵押贷款担保责任一案，本律师抵押合同无效的观点被终审法院所接受。为顾问单位挽回了本金和利息在内的6000余万元的经济损失;
11). 2005年国家鼓励社会力量办学后,
受省拍卖公司下属投资公司委托处理其与贵州大学的住宿费返还案件.
在开庭前的数次调解过程中, 该大学的领导及法学院的老师均持强硬态度,
认为理在已方. 案件开庭辩论后,
该大学立即支付了本律师委托人的所有诉讼请求,
并签订补充协议为双方今后的合作确立了更为具体和科学的操作方案;
12). 2000年本省十大信访案件之首，被有关部门初步认定为具有黑社会性质的、故意伤害案件犯罪嫌疑人之一郭某，经本律师无罪辩护而官复原职；
3、近年来社会公益事业参加情况
1）、2005年7月，出租车个体户付玉琼的出租车下落不明，导致其母女二人，不仅生活举步维艰，而且还欠许多外债无法偿还.
如果当时采取的方法不恰当, 措施不够及时,
导致车子不能被及时地追回, 则其母女二人的生活条件将极其恶化,
情况十分危急和困难.
贾倞律师提供法律援助后，除需要考虑到相关法律问题和法律后果外,
还应考虑到车子实际占有人的具体情况和其动机,
以及相关的社会力量的动员和恰当的步骤. 经过律师的反复沟通与说服教育,
以及交通广播电台和广大驾驶员朋友的努力,
母女二人很快平安找回了丢失已久的出租车，生活重新得到了保障。2005年8月,
母女二人为表示对贾律师的感谢,亲自将“无私解困,知音知心”锦旗送到贾律师办公室。
2）、从2006年6月起,
负责组织清华大学贵州校友会在全省设立清华系列希望小学的活动,以及与清华大学贵州地区有关的其他公益活动。
